| Finding myself suddenly immersed in this enormous and very complicated family, I tried to make sense of it all by asking a lot of questions. Inevitably, the conversations always seemed to drift to our relationships and how we got mixed up with these crazy people we now called family. Being the new guy on the scene, I have very little to add to the celebration, so I’ve recorded all of those conversations in print and slipped them into your scrapbook.
